Kindly bring with you the following documents.:

• Medication List: List of current medications, all herbal supplements.
• Medical Records: Medical records (includes laboratory tests, pathology slides and biopsy reports, CT & PET scan, MRI and sonography reports etc)
• Identification Proof: Personal Identification & proof of current address

Visa & Travel Information

Once confirmed about your visit to Gastroplus, we send the visa requisition letter on your behalf to the Indian Embassy in the respective country. Following details need to be sent via mail: [list follows] For those travelling to India on the medical visa, kindly register at the Foreigner's Regional Registration Office within 14 days of your arrival in India. Gastroplus team will assist you with these formalities. Patients travelling from Bangladesh and Pakistan should register themselves at the Police Commissioner's office or the nearest police station within 24 hours of arrival. Detail instructions are in transit documents/ visa documents.
