Dr. Ram Parihar is young dynamic Best Gastroenterologist in Ahmedabad practicing since 2008. He practices Gastroenterology, Hepatology (liver disease specialist) and gastrointestinal endoscopies.

Dr. Ram Parihar has done M.B.B.S. from Government Medical College (The Maharaja Sayajirao University ), Baroda. After completing his M.B.B.S. in 2004 he cleared All India Pre PG Medical entrance examination in 2005 and secured admission in post-graduation. He did his M.D (Internal Medicine) from M.P.Shah Medical College, Jamnagar (Saurashtra University, Rajkot).

He had done his D.M. (Gastroenterology) from prestigious Christian Medical College, Vellore. During his super specialty study he had research project on "Renal Abnormalities in patients with Chronic Liver Disease".

He had worked as Assistant professor in department of Medicine at P.D.U. (government) medical college and hospital, Rajkot. He had worked as Full time Gastroenterologist at famous Gujarat Cancer and Research Institute (GCRI), civil hospital, Ahmedabad.

He is having wide experience of treating all variety of gastro intestinal disease (acidity, gastric problems, indigestion, constipation, diarrhea, abdominal pain, blood vomiting and blood in stool) and Liver Disease Specialist in Ahmedabad (fatty liver, jaundice, hepatitis, abdominal distension, liver cirrhosis, liver failure) patients.

He is having very good expertise in various diagnostic and therapeutic upper and lower gastrointestinal endoscopies including Variceal band ligation, Glue injection, Esophageal stenting, polypectomy etc.

He is also having good skills in ERCP (biliary stone removal without surgery, stent to reduce obstructive jaundice ). He had independently performed more than 9000 diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedure till date. His main areas of interest are Interventional endoscopy and Hepatobiliary and pancreatic disorders.

He is having good experience in managing liver transplant patients.
